No don't give her your bank details. Sounds like she would say anything to avoid taking responsibility, I think she is just trying to string you along. As others have said it would be best to go down the legal route.

I agree that she's trying to string you alone and appear like she is going to pay you, when she has no intention of doing so.
Also, the nerve to make up a story about your dogs being aggressive! That's ludicrous. And doesn't change the fact that her dog is dangerous and out of her control.
