Pet log have updated their computer system and lost lots of micro chip details. Please check they have not lost yours. They are one of the biggest uk chip companys. Check their website for details ails to contact them.

I checked mine and they made me re-register although I'm sure I as registered before. They did have Homer's chip number. I'm not quite sure what happened but it is concerning.

I've not managed to get through but I've been busy, but a friend has 7 labs and only one of them was registered.

Fergus was/is missing, as in, not logged as my dog. But his microchip is recognised on the website, no idea who is logged as his owner, if anyone. I’ve had a generic reply, so I’m just waiting to see in a few days If the website is updated. Meanwhile Fergus do not go AWOL
