Quinn's Little Sister

Homer loved tipping his bowl over and chasing the upside down bowl all over the kitchen spreading water everywhere! He had water available during the day but not at night as heh was in his crate.

I didn’t take up her water and she only woke twice overnight with our new system (in our small ensuite bathroom with crate door open)! Accidentally discovered she’s pee pad trained (had some for cleaning up messes) so laying one out near the door for those multi pee situations is a game changer.
She bit Quinn’s tail (Quinn screamed) so she avoided her for awhile but overall Quinn is so much more interested in her than I thought. Quinn is a bit clingy and I think put out that our morning walks are on pause (just until we nail crate training and time alone for puppy). I think they will be great friends.

So our soft crate is definitely not working out and the bathroom is not a good solution as OH gets up at 4am. So today we are getting a smaller crate and attempting a cry it out since it’s the weekend - pray for me. Any other recommendations welcome - she despises the crate and gets very distressed and bites the bars, digs and slams her body against it, while panting. So yeah.
