Red is not well

Hope Red is feeling better this morning. Fred has always had a funny tummy, but someone told me to give him a spoon of
Goat's yoghurt every morning. I put it on his lick mat. So far its worked for him.

Thank you everyone for your concern. F has walked her yesterday afternoon and this morning. He isn’t as obsessed and observant as I am regarding her poo 💩 but I know he is worried about her too. She is subdued. Yesterday we had visitors and she acknowledged them but that’s all - she just got on her bed and went to sleep.

Snowie had HGE on and off for 3 months!
That’s a long time and must of been very worrying for you. I think she must still be recovering.

half a cup of kefir every day
a spoon of
Goat's yoghurt every morning
I have given her a spoonful of plain yogurt every morning until she got ill. I’ve always felt it beneficial for her. I’ve gone back to giving her Pro Kolin twice a day

How is Red today?
She is ok - still subdued but hungry for her food. Poos are soft and just about pickup able. We met up with the person who has four dogs this morning. Normally she’d be charging about with them. She saw them and wanted to say hello but didn’t play or run with them like she usually would. My friend said she thought she was looking a bit more like herself. She’s definitely slimmer but that’s probably no bad thing. Thank you for all your kind comments - they really help. I am still concerned

Thank you for asking @Granca . Her stomach is still not right. She had a loose poo on our walk earlier - with mucous. I had to tighten her collar yesterday as I noticed it almost coming over her head when she was on lead. I think I will make an appointment at the vets with ‘our’ vet if possible and have Red checked out. I am still giving her Pro Kolin

I’m sorry she’s still not well. Maybe take a poo sample in case the vet can check that too? I hope you find the cause soon and she’s back to normal.
