Reuben at the Vets this morning

Poor Reuban. It must be very confusing for dogs after a GA. Glad his teeth are all ok and he’s now getting over the trauma of it all.

Thank you for asking , Carol . Not a peep from him last night thank goodness ! I gave him a teaspoon of honey again this morning as his bark came out a bit squeaky , but he is almost back to normal xx

Glad Reuben slept for all your sakes I’m sure his big, booming bark will be back in no time. It’s got to be said Labradors do have an impressive bark.

Maxx stands on the upstairs balcony that looks over the street and barks at anyone walking past. He sounds like he wants to murder them (and yes we get some strange looks) but all the while his tail is wagging madly. We have to rush out and stop him so he doesn't get a bad reputation! (might be too late)
