Rory squeals when he sees a hose and when I'm watering the garden he cries by the window in the house. Today because of the heat decided to let him come out and play with the hose while I watered the plants. Doug loved to chase the hose. Rory nothing not a glimmer of interest it does not float his boat, he behaved like a gentleman did not touch it and I put it away and played a quick game of hunt the squeeky ball. Its weird I though he'd go mad for it but no sometimes hes an enigma.
Rory surprised me.

I think I already told you all about clever Maxx and the trigger for the hose. He worked out how to squeeze it gently and watered us, the porch and then ran into the kitchen and gave it a good soak too. Needless to say there weren't anymore unsupervised hose incidents 
My old lab murphy would stand in front of the hose while you were watering. Once one side was throughly soaked he'd turn around and do the other. He loved water. Scott & Scout on the other hand dance about like scalded cats if a hose pipe goes anywhere near them and as for puddles they must be full of molten lava from the way they try to avoid them.
Poppy hates the hose and actually doesn't like water all that much; Merlin is a bit 'meh' about the hose, but he LOVES his paddling pool!

Mabel doesn’t like the hose either, she just goes and sits in her bed she much prefers a muddy puddle.

Yes Sky steers clear of the hose after many a hosing in the past due to mud and obnoxious stuff she’s rolled in
. Red looks and hastily moves herself away even though she’s never been wetted by it.
