Shade cover for my car

Does any one have one of those foil car cover things for hot days? I need to get one and I'm not sure what the proper name is to search for them online, "foil shade cover thingy " didn't come up with much!

Yes, we've got one from aldi, it works for stopping ice in winter too. Two pack here from ebay

Hi are you thinking of the silver knitted material shade cover?

Be cool solutions sell them - 70% reflective. They are expensive and I thought about them for about 2 years before I finally bought one but I wouldn’t be without it now for the hot days. I put it over my car and trap it with the tops of the dogs and can put it on in about 3 minutes

I also have cheap solutions as well. I love the black shade covers from Halfords for the back windows. When they are on it is not possible to see whether the window is up or down and I often leave them down for more air. I have also found that it is possible to drive at speed with the back windows down when they are covering the windows as there is no thrumming.

Also wouldn’t be without this Halford shade for the front window! Use it most days and have one in both cars. Has lasted 3 years in one car.

A lot of people use these at trials during the summer. It's too hot to leave the dogs in the car but most people line the crates up under a gazebo, with one of these covering the crates. It's works pretty well.
