Shoot The Dog!

S mode ... on a very dodgy wet stone, how I managed to stay upright was a miracle! Accidently lost most of the photos which is a shame. The mini waterfall is kinda frozen which is an effect I would like to explore!

Shutter speed 4/5, F8, ISO 250

A couple of River in A mode. (ISO 800 f5.3) Love the depth of field in this one, really makes her pop out, but the dappled light lends a softness which I like.

A mode f5.3 iso 800.jpg

Another of River in Aperture mode. I do like the evenness of light on her face, really capturing her expression.

There’s another Zoom call scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday) at 5pm UK time if any of you bronzes fancy a chat 🙂
I'll be on the road so can't join, but great idea. And I hope to have some time next week to actually START the class. As my old cross country coach used to say, "Emily, someone has to come in last in any race, and on this team, that's your role." 😏

If anyone is continuing on with the classes, this term we're on Expose The Dog, which works on getting your exposure settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO) balanced according to the direction, quality, and intensity of the light you're working with.

I will be your friendly TA in the FB group, so if you're signed up, come join me in there and I'll cheerlead you to eggy greatness. Yes, eggy. There are a lot of eggs in this session. How.... eggsiting
