Aw poor pooch. Hope she (and you) get some rest tonight and have a better day tomorrow.

That’s interesting to hear about another dog doing it @snowbunny. Yes certainly dramatic and went on for agesand is rather dramatic

Snowie used to eat our lemongrass plant that grows just outside our bedroom door to the balcony. He’d munch dramatically, then vomit, then have a seizure. We think he felt nauseous with the feeling of the seizure coming on. Since not having had a seizure in two years, he’s stopped the dramatic eating. He now eats it from time to time, not as dramatic, usually when he’s just woken up and waiting for breakfast. My guess is his intestinal juices are firing up and it makes him feel slightly nauseous—that early morning hunger puke feeling. I’m only surmising based on human experiences and people being able to verbalize. Unfortunately he can’t tell us!That’s interesting to hear about another dog doing it @snowbunny. My lot all eat grass in the spring; I think they just like the sweetness of the new shoots. I know when I first saw them doing it, I thought it had to be something "medical", but after seeing the pattern over the years, I'm sure it's just because it tastes good - and they're Labradors, right?Apparently dogs also eat grass a lot if they have worms or just want to get their bowels moving. And of course to help vomit up something.
Yep, many people say that in these parts, too. I do notice that when there’s juicy grass just grown on our mountain walk, all the dogs are munching—Labradors, pavement specials, and other breeds alike.I'm sure it's just because it tastes good
Ah, is that it? Carbon is normally not a grass eater but he's been acting like a cow lately: munch, munch, munch! My lot all eat grass in the spring; I think they just like the sweetness of the new shoots.
Haha! I nearly started a thread the other day, "Strange things we say to our dogs", after hearing myself ask Squidge, "Did you used to be a cow in a previous life?"Carbon is normally not a grass eater but he's been acting like a cow lately: munch, munch, munch!
