Sore tummy

Harley has been struggling with her tummy for a few weeks. We’ve had bloods done - all normal. The vets struggle to examine her as she seizes up there and they can’t see where the pain is. Shes been on tramadol for a few days and nothing has changed. I sent this video to the vet this mo as managed to get my OH to smooth her when relaxed. She’s got to go in for more bloods at 8.10am, starved!!!! I hate her being poorly

Not yet, I’m hoping they do that tomorrow in all honesty as been dragging on for too long now in my opinion. I have no clue what has caused it Which is worrying.
