An update from Terry, Spencer’s owner. 🐾💕

“You might remember that last year Spencer and I took part in a fundraising appeal for Guide Dogs.

I’m over the moon to now tell you that our story has raised over £450,000!

The fundraising team forwarded onto me some lovely messages and well wishes that supporters wrote when they donated to our findraising campaign.

I never thought this amount of money would be raised from the campaign - just goes to show what a champ Spencer is and also just how much the public is behind Guide Dogs - its really very heartwarming. And apparently, some
Money is still dripping through into the campaign!

Hannah from the Guide Dogs Fundraising Team says "After the difficult year that 2020 was for the charity, this is an absolutely amazing achievement and will make such a difference to the lives of so many people. We are really grateful to Terry for sharing his story so openly with Guide Dogs supporters from across the country, and for how inspirational he's proven to be!"

Thank you so much from Spencer and myself to anyone and everyone who donated. He has changed my life so much, and now thanks to the many very generous supporters, even more people with sight loss will benefit.
