I thought I was going to have to ring Nathan and say I’d got the dog stuck. I ended up putting some treats on the other side and that gave him the extra nudge to get himself through

Fingers crossed the lump is nothing more.

Vet is 99% confident it’s a lipoma. Took a little sample to be on the safe side.

Then fat shamed the poor lad because he’s put on 2kg.

On a brighter note he said he is the condition of a 5 year old dog rather than a 9 year old so that’s good.

Tuppence has various small lumps now. One has been tested and was a lipoma, as the vet thought it would be, and I hope the others are too. It's just a case of monitoring. They're not easy to spot, so I think I need to put Tippex or something on them so I know when a new one appears!

Rorys are multiple huge in some areas and clearly lipomas. I know them all well. Most have been examined or tested. Labrador life unfortunately.

Meg has one on her chest, it's been there several years now. She hasn't seen a vet about it because of her difficulties - I am satisfied it is most likely a lipoma and it isn't causing any discomfort. I just monitor.
