He’s had a good explore of the garden and met Kipper (we had Stilton on a lightweight line) and Stilton predictably looked for snacks which rather alarmed Kipper :shake:. Kipper is curious but very unsure, and Stilton just wants to play! He’s zonked out again and is going to discover the magic biscuit fairy has been

It was fabulous! He was very curious and explored his surroundings (the footwell) and then had a duck chew which was part of a bag the breeder gave us, and then he slept pretty much the the whole time! The rest of the time he just gazed about with his big puppy eyes taking it all in.
Amazing!! So glad he was nice and settled, and how nice of the breeder to send a chew 😍 His zonked out snoozes are adorable. Kipper and Stilton will be best of friends!

The magic biscuit fairy, I love it ❀ Not sure how I’m going to get any work done today being that I’ll be glued to my phone. Sorry patients, take your emergency elsewhere, I’m BUSY:speaktothehand: :tail:

Well I must admit I’m not sure how on earth we’ll manage with keeping the boys separate for a while - Kipper wants to eat Stilton’s food but is not keen on mixing with him at all thank you very much, Stilton thinks Kipper is magnetic and just wants to gallop up to and all over him, and Kipper is currently just trying to keep out of the way. But on the flip side, we have a tiny puppy in the house! IMG_4506.jpegIMG_4502.jpegIMG_4493.jpeg

Isn't it amazing how adaptable they are? I mean, if someone took me from the only place I'd ever known and plopped me down with a bunch of aliens, my head would explode and I'd want to find a closet to hide in. But little Stilton here is just all, "Yep, this is my new place, isn't it great? Ohh, must sniff that, oohhh must nap here - life is amazing!".

Happy, happy puppy. πŸ₯°

Its also amazing how soon they adapt to one another, sort themselves out  I remember when we brought Reuben home , Nelly had been an only dog for a year and was less than impressed with the interloper who wanted to play and it mattered not one jot that he was already bigger than her but they soon learned and became a bonded pair . I think it will be just fine and dandio with your two , Harriet , they have a good grounding for sure xx

He looks such a dear little soul. I always feel a little sorry for puppies when they leave their siblilngs.

Edited to add, I wrote that post this morning and forgot to send it! Apparently little Stilton has no such fears and has made himself very much at home, I have a feeling he belongs to all of us as the only puppy on the forum and we are all excited. Hope you have a quiet night x
