#2 View over to Venice, but not sure if the bit of land Señor C is standing on has a particular name.

#4 I've been there. Bullring at Ronda in España.
Qué guay, you are good at this, Señorita Jac! Sí, that is me standing on the Punta della Dogana in Venice and admiring the bull statue in Ronda in my native España. I love that you have been there too! ML and I went with my bodeguero amigo Paul when I was still a foster dog (ha ha) and again last June. It is a beeeeeuuuutiful city with many interesting things to eat on the ground, which of course is my only tourist criteria.

Oops forgot the Rock place and didn't know the shouty one lived down there, so a miserable fail on my part!
Do not worry, Señorita @Jelinga , Rock is a pretty obscure place. And we only know about The Shouty One because the humans down here talk about him. In the winter in Padstow apparently there is not much to talk about except what has The Shouty One done lately and who owns that big house at Porthcothan. Last year, por ejemplo, the house was owned by Gary Barlow. This year the consensus is Robbie Williams. ML thinks that the locals are just working their way through the members of Take That! and no one really has any idea who that house belongs to.

“ I needed your help today Carbón! A lot of people stroke me and told me I am guapo…..What does that mean? I was on the water, not in the car boot, but it was moving and I didn’t understand how and why….And then funny speaking people talking to me and I didn’t know what they were saying….You could have translated these words to me as I guess it was Spanish as we are in Spain”

Here I am on the boat enjoying the sun…

I am so happy that you are in my beautiful homeland, amigo Finn! People are telling you that you are handsome, because you are! Do not worry if you cannot understand at first, just make sure that you give the Sad and Hungry Labrador Eyes (TM), and you will do muy bien, very well. In addition to "guapo" you may also want to learn the words for treats, which are "chuches" or "golosinas" depending on where you are in Spain. If you hear these words, make sure you do not leave the side of the person saying the words until you get your chuche! All of Labrador pride depends on it!

Que tengas buen viaje, have a great trip!

She also took me to Looe and made me stand in front of blue doors.
ML here just wanting to point out how funny I find Carbón in these photos. Why? We all know about Carbón's "You just murdered my best friend and I am very sad and/or plotting your murder" Face of Misery in NEARLY EVERY PHOTO in the cooler months. Then when it hits 18C+ you may get a smile (aka panting) out of him occasionally. Well, for the last two weeks, I have been using positive reinforcement to teach him to "smile". Meaning that if he opens his mouth and makes eye contact, he gets a "Yes!" and a treat. He is veerrrrrry smart, the Señor, so now he's just offering the behaviour pretty much constantly, which is lovely. Finally his head matches his happy tail. HOWEVER I realised when I saw all the blue door photos above together, he's now giving me EXACTLY the same smile in every single photo. He's decided, "this is the look that gets me a cookie" and he's sticking with it. My little (smart) weirdo. He cracks me up! 😂

We had another picnic at Godrevy! And another stranger gave me ice cream! I am on fuego, amigos.

Then we went to say hasta la vista to the ever-invisible seals, and now we are heading to Porthcothan for an evening swim. La verdad, the truth, is that my leeetle paws are a leetle tired. All this tourism is exhausting. Ojalá, let us hope that ML goes back to work tomorrow so I can have a rest!

No smiles because picnic time is serious business.

Carbon's footprints on the virgin sand and I can hear the sea in the distance. That must have been utter bliss and a memory to treasure.
Definitely! We have to make our last memories and keep them in our hearts as I know from experience that I will not see Cornbeefwall for a long while. That does not mean I will not be happy other places, but this is our most special place.

But I am a very in the moment kind of Señor, and in this moment I am helping ML with her packing by working very hard:
