Ooooo that pequeñita scary leeeetle chihuahua, she is trying to steal my ML! We went to visit Amiga Nadine in her shop today and Maja crawled right up into the lap that is MINE! Pfft!

Pues, of course I had to mark my territory despite the very real danger of getting bitten by Mouthy Maja. I am so very brave, in addition to being so very guapo, no?

I have worked years to train ML and she is MINE. Paws off, leeeetle bitey usurper!

Hola amigos, yet another Mouthy Maja day, but this one was mucho mejor, much better! First of all, Maja actually stopped barking and started crying when she realized it was me and ML meeting her on the river instead of some unknown dog and Mama Lady person.

Then we went for a leeeetle swim together in a safer corner of the Danube. It is not surfing in Cornwall, but I still appreciated the cool water on a hot day and even escaped ML for some water zoomies. Qué bien!

When it was time to go, Maja got to ride in a bicycle basket like a leeetle reina, queen. No feet on hot pavement, just the breeze in her ears and taking in the sights sitting up like a meerkat.

Can someone please tell ML that I need a bicycle with a basket too? Or maybe a convertible TARDIS? My ears would look MAGNIFICENT blowing in the wind!

It does not matter that it is still 25 degrees at bedtime. I MUST sleep under the duvet - it is my right as a former prison inmate who once had to sleep on concrete with NO PILLOW (the horror), let alone a bonito duvet.

But ML does not share my love of my querida duvet in hot weather. Pues, qué hacemos, what do we do?

She sleeps on the top…

…and I sleep underneath like a very guapo burrito filling. Sí, sí: I am Spanish and a burrito is Mexican, but just go with me on this, vale? By the way, I AM in the photo above, at the the end of the bed.

Yesterday Maja and I met again at the river. She is getting much better and I almost need to stop calling her Mouthy Maja because her attempts to bite me are almost never and her corazon really is not in it anymore. ML says she is a good leeeetle chica who will soon be my best amiga in Regensburg. That may be un poco optimistic, but let us see. Miracles can happen!

The best thing yesterday was that Maja attracted a couple of children who wanted to pet her but ended up petting ME and letting me use them as pillows. Maja does not really like children (yet), so I was happy to rescue her. Selflessly of course.

The only real disappointment was that Maja was in all the photos: not a single one of ME. But that is ok, I am secure in my place asuper estrella top model and support the development of the next generation.

Plus ML gives me a cookie when she takes a photo of anything , including Maja, so I am still getting PAID. A gentleman has his standards, qué bien!

Verdad! I must admit, she has a natural talent and I am very envious of how she can move her ears (whereas I must wait for a strong wind to move mine). I have a feeling she will take the modelling world by storm.

If she quits trying to bite everyone, that is.

That is a chispe, a joke, leeetle Maja. You are getting better every day.
