I think you each have been very good for each other (and will continue to be) - almost as if Fate introduced you just when you both needed it (if you believe in that sort of thing).
) So glad you are safe and sound and both enjoying that fabulous beach. 
I think Carbon is doing incredibly well, especially as first hand have seen how ball crazy that dude is!
