We did a bit of walking and training today at Dult - Regensburg's version of Oktoberfest. Which any Regensburger worth his salt will tell you is MUCH more authentic than that tourist nonsense in Munich. In the morning before it gets crowded, it's a great place to walk through and work on not eating stuff from the ground (Carbon, not me). All the food smelled SO good today to both of us, though!

I had a very sore belleh last night and foster lady is so silly that she thought I was just being naughty. I laid on her head and laid on her legs and I cleaned her hair and face with my tongue and jumped on and off the bed to tell her. But she just kept saying 'Time for bed, Carboncito'. How can I go to bed with a bellleeeehhhh ache???!! Just because I had a walk right before bed and nothing came out doesn't mean I don't need to go out again at 10:30, right?

Finally at 2am foster lady put her coat over her paw print pyjamas - that looked pretty funny because it looked like a tiny little dog had walked all over her - and took me outside. Right outside our door, foster lady says, "Go potty!!!". I didn't even have to walk to the potty spot! That was fun. Also there were lots of drunk men outside who I wanted to play with, but foster lady said, "No, Carbon...JUST. GO. POTTY'. So I did. It was really squishy and oh dios mio, did it smell bad, even to me, a dog.

Then foster lady made us hide from some loud men coming down the street. She is no fun - I wanted to say hola to them and give them besitos.
Foster lady said, "This is when I wish I still had a Rottweiler". What does this mean? What is wrong with a spectacular Labrador such as myself? I'm sure she just said such a mean thing because she hasn't eaten her dinner for four days. I'd be mean too if I didn't eat my dinner for four days.

When we got back in our house, foster lady put me in my crate. She never does that at night but I LOVE my crate so I was happy. I don't think foster lady was very happy, though, because she was a little grumbly. She still told me good night and that she loves me, but I haven't had to sleep in my crate since we were in España, so it was a liiiiitle weird.

Today we are both very tired. Foster lady hasn't let me have breakie but I don't mind so much yet because la verdad is that I'm feeling less bouncy than usual because my belleh is still sore. So we're having A Sofa Day. Or at least a Sofa Morning.

Hola guapas y guapos!
I'm all back to my bouncy happy self after most of the day on the sofa. It's magic, the sofa. It must have lambie power! :dancesheep:

I just got back from a long walk with foster lady. I went in a river and a town and field...so many good new smells. I was sooooo hungry because no brekkie for me, so I ran back a lot to foster lady because when I do that I get deliiooocous cookies. She calls it 'recall'. I call it 'running up to the treat bag' and getting PAID. Oh, si, si!

So here's me doing a recall. And also could you tell me if this bandana makes me look a little gordo? The lady at the dog food store - who normally I LOVE - told me last week that I'm looking fat. ME! My romantic little Spanish heart was hurt, let me tell you. So I think it must not be ME, but rather this bandana that foster lady makes me wear.

What do you think?

Thanks for the chub feedback! It's actually why I was doing the video - to ask if he looked too chubby - and then thought I'd tack a recall on the end. :D

I honestly can't tell if he's put on too much weight or not. He took off a lot at Kate's to the point where I had to drastically take in his collar - and lately all I've been doing is letting it out. Then I got the comment from the raw food store lady and thought...mmm, maybe I have fed him back to chunky-tude! :eek:
