@M.F. and
@Lab_adore , it is really not so hard for me here in Cornbeefwall, because there are so many hermosa places where I can swim as a dog. There is even a natural pool on my very own beach during low tide.
However between you and me, de verdad, I do not actually like swimming in pools of any sort. ML is always trying to get me in a pool to swim with her, and I find this a little too aburido, boring. I like when the waves are hitting me in the face!
I would be just as happy to sit on the edge of the big pool in Bude and watch ML swim - this is what I do in California once ML gave up trying to trick me into the water - but she does not have enough coraje, courage. Every year "Oh Carbón, how I would love to swim with you in the sea in Cornwall!" and every year it is just me enjoying a cold wave in the face every morning. I say, "Put up or shut up, ML!".
It would be very good for her to have a wave in the face, I know it cheers me up enormously. Vale, ok, you cannot see that in my face, which most often looks like someone murdered my best amigo Monkey, but you can always see that I am a very happy Señor by my waggy tail, no?
Here I am last year at my pool at Porthcothan:
