Toffee 2019

Well Ripple really enjoyed his game of tennis balls in the tin, probably because he had played it before and knew there were treats under the balls. Toffee, however, just raced round trying to keep a dozen tennis balls under control .
We played a couple of rounds, with the boys collecting up the balls and bringing them back to me, but Toffee still didn’t cotton on to the fact there were treats. Anyway a good time was had by all and no rioting took place .

Yesterday I had a visit from someone conducting a MORI poll. After I agreed to do it she said could she come in as it was quite a long poll, oh dear - was she ok with dogs? - yes, love dogs, two of her own.
Ripple was already in the kitchen behind the gate so she only had to brave Toffee. Obviously he was thrilled with a visitor, very excited, jumping up, getting toys out. Eventually he calmed down enough for me to start the survey, then Toffee wanted a wee, so I did that.
Toffee then laid down quietly next to the MORI lady, I kept saying to her he’s very quiet is he ok, yes, she said, just licking my bag. Then when we had finished and she picked up her bag to go - Toffee had EATEN RIGHT THROUGH THE HANDLES OF HER BAG :$
Never trust a quiet Toffee :shake:.

All these lovely pictures of dogs sleeping nicely together on the forum, I’m quite envious.
Mine don't sleep together either, except as 'bookends' taking up the sofa that I prefer to sit on! They have Kongs at the same time, put in their (open) crates. It's strange how Tuppence and both Kongs seem to end up in Wispa's crate, though, when I've been out!
