I have just heard the news that Boris is now in intensive care, feeling very worried about him.

I do wish Bois full recovery, this is going to take time. I am concerned though that he feels, or 'they' feel, that he's still in control but it isn't clear or decisive of who steps up to his role while he can properly recover.

My bigger worry is what has happened to our Home Secretary, Priti Patel?

No one mentioned her or has mentioned her in the last three weeks or more. As Home Secretary she is has an important role to play.
