We've had a hot and sunny few days, followed by a late storm today. There was a big thunderstorm asthma warning for today so we carried Ventolin and a spacer with us during the day and headed home before the storm hit.

@Jelinga they can be when it has been hot and then the temperature drops. But they are great to watch from the balcony and clear the air nicely. Sometimes we just get dry lightning which in summer is worse, because of bush/grass fires being started by the lighting strikes.
@Lisa I do remember the winter storms and yes agree not the nicest especially when you are fully wrapped up and come back in and you have icicles forming on you....
