Raining when I got up, spitty when I took Coco out, threatening when I took Meg out, now beautiful, sunny blue skies & I'm in sleeveless as I'm pottering in and out of the garden. Another stormy day forecast tomorrow though.

Oh I can relate. Our long weekend in May (third weekend) more often than not features a huge snowstorm!I think OUR summer, is the clue
It was very windy last night, which was not good as a large grassfire sprung up about 20 minutes north east of us. Winds were driving it away from us so no danger here but there is a small town in the area and of course plenty of averages, ranches and farms. Some have been evacuated. It’s supposed to rain today so hopefully will settle down.
We had snow showers again today.

We are still having stupidly warm weather for this time of year. 26 today! The average high for May is 19.5. However the forecast is for a change tonight then 19-21 for the next week. We washed all the bedding (human and dog) and gave Maxx a bath while it is still nice and warm.

It is not raining today , which makes a wonderful change . We had planned on maybe going to the beach but Reuben is still slightly limping , he always goes crackerdog on the beach so we thought better of it . There is a watery sun shining , so we must be thankful xx
