Chocolate crispy cakes, classic.
Our kids nursery had a rice crispie cake making corner believe it or not. Kids got to make them whenever they wanted, using basic skills.

This weather is causing so much heartbreak. Farmers who went through the drought, then the fires and now this - it is beyond comprehension. I watched the news and a couple were supposed to get married yesterday. Instead their house ended being swept away in flood waters and their precious dog was inside and they lost her

We are okay, thanks for checking in. The worst that has happened is that there has been a delay in fixing the paving at the front of our house, which is an inconvenience, but no big deal.

Just heard the news that Sydney and surrounds is suffering heavy rain storms and as you said @Lab_adore of "biblical proportions". I am so sorry, suffering from fire last year and floods this.

We are fine, thanks friends. We have, and never will have any threat of flooding here but so many people are in trouble

They said on the news last night that the rain would continue all week but I just checked the forecast. I hope it's right!

What a relief to see the sun and bright blue skies this morning. I literally haven't left the house - or barely my work laptop - for days. I get depressed if I don't see sun for one day let alone this many!

We took Maxx for his walk just now and oh my goodness what a mess. The gardens where we walk have largely been razed and much of the soil is now in the beautiful river, turning it murky brown and it is chockers full of rubbish and plant debris. There are trees down everywhere. I think every person with a dog was out and about! Maxx had a great time greeting new and old friends.

We have beautiful sunshine here today, you can actually feel the heat of it. Unfortunately it is counteracted by a bitingly cold wind. However GGJ is Veryvery clever and knows the perfect place to get the best of both worlds!
