That’s exactly how our back lawn is - even though you thought from my photo it wasn’t. It is like a dirt track at the moment as the scarifier has got rid of the dead grass and most of the weeds. We look as though we are all getting some rain later this week/next weekend but it’s forecast 27 here tomorrow. Eventually we will need to do a load of reseeding.  I love thunder and lightening, have to open the windows so I can hear it properly and smell the rain. Joy grumbled at it a tiny bit, but I don't think she was frightened,  just making sure it knew who was boss. My water butts will soon be full again now.
