What do you fill your Kongs with?

Hi I need some inspiration for Kong Fillers, preferable low calorie.
I normally fill it with home made broth and some carrots or left over stew.
Stew days are over now as the weather has improved too much!

Low fat dry food layer then layer of wet dog food. It's corked with a dried fish skin cube or piece of carrot also I jam a whole banana in there sometimes. Also cooked white fish jammed in and corked with apple slices. All low fat

Soaked dry food, squashed and mixed with bits of carrot and apple, sometimes left over veg, little bits of ham and the odd tiny slice of Molly's absolute favourite training treat - hot dog sossidge.
Then I load the Kong with this pulverised mush and stick it in the freezer. It takes Molls quite a while to unfreeze it, though her method of picking it up and chucking it hard on the ground does seem to be pretty effective

I used to do the same as @Boogie for Sky.

Red has a tray of Forthglade turkey and vegetables stuffed into her 3 KONGs - takes me less than 5 minutes each morning to stuff then put in the freezer. Probably not low calorie but part of her daily allowance anyway

Soaked kibble or his normal cooked food, yoghurt, steamed veg leftover from family/baby meals (pumpkin and sweet potato are good) and I might chuck in a piece of banana or a few berries as a treat.

We're running out of ideas for low calorie fillings too. I was thinking of trying to puree some vegetables (carrots, broccoli as holly loves them) or apples. Has anyone tried this?
Yes, I do this all the time. I put fruit/veg in a blender or food processor. One apple goes a long way! Fresh fruit/veg is more chunky and steamed/cooked becomes more of a puree. I put some kibble in the bottom so it doesn't leak out. I also use pureed baby food when it goes on sale.

My usual filling is kibble sample packs, bit of wet food, bit of fruit (blueberry, raspberries, strawberry, apple, banana). I like to use frozen berries since they are easy to have on hand. I also have frozen coconut and toss a couple chunks in the mixture.
Steamed and mashed sweet potato or easy. The XL long fits a full banana!

I have a treat jar, so over time there are lots of crumbs in the bottom. Once it builds up a bit, I dump the crumbs into my kong mixture :)
