What is the best crate size for a tall dog

Trixie is 24.5 or so inches tall now. Her back meets the roof of the living room crate. Now we don't crate her often in that room, and have a 42" airline crate with 30 inches of clearance for her to sleep in....but she does like to den in the living room sometimes, and the 36" crate is obviously not cutting it. I've bought her 3 crates in the 8m I've had her. I'd prefer not to spend a fortune. I'm actually considering for that room, just buying the cheapest one I can find on Amazon...but if someone has found a crate that's good for a tall dog, I'd love a suggestion. My only criteria is that I want a side door, so I can have it tucked along the wall and still easy access.

While on the subject of height...the calculator that I used to try and determine how much more growing she had to go said she's overheight--what does that mean? She's king shepherd, shepherd, retriever, so she's always followed the MALE growth charts for GSD

I like that it brought up the furnature crates. I've looked longingly at those, but came to the conclusion that Trixie is too tall for them. There's only one on all of Amazon that's tall enough, and it's only 24" wide. Plus, she's a wood-eater. She'd think it were a toy. It's a real shame because with the livingroom crate being just a den, I had considered getting this one:https://www.googleadservices.com/pa...vCjwsj9AhVVjokEHbboAE0Q9aACKAB6BAgHEBc&adurl=

It doesn't have the hieght I want, but it's taller than the one we have, and more den-like. She's quite happy to crawl into the crates we have......even the 34" crate, which is only 22" high

If it’s just the sensation of a den you want and you’re not too concerned about confinement, this is what we have for Simba in our living room. image.jpg
It’s just a desk thingy (? Whatever you call it - it’s a type of roll-top desk without the roll, heh) that sits in the corner and we stuck A bed under it just because it’s in the corner and somewhat out of the way. Simba has to scootch a bit to get under it but he quite likes to be there - it’s in the corner and it has a top, which all makes it feel cosy under there and kind of den-like.
I know Trixie is bigger but maybe there’s something along those lines that might work.
A dog den is really quite small in real life - justbig enough to curl up in and not that tall. If she’s not going to be confined in there you could maybe create some kind of den-like space using some sort of table?

I know ours looks a little messy but ho hum, who cares….|(
