My dear lovely kind gentle warm friendly nephew, who always says I'm the family member he feels closest and most similar to has just sent me a text to say that he and his girlfriend ( none of us have met her yet) will be arriving in the UK from Canada on 7/4/20. I haven't seen him since New Year's Day 2018. They'll be staying with his Dad ( my little brother) of course but he wants to know if they can stay here on their way up to his best mate's wedding in Scotland and also on the way back. I am beaming from ear to ear and can't wait to see the dear dear boy! OK, he'll be 29 by then, but that's still a boy!So much looking forward to it!

Still smiling! He's just lovely, used to come and stay a lot and I've missed his company. When he was 10, 11 ish he used to call me 'Cool Aunty Candy' and this has stuck as a joke ever since. Trevor loved him too, he used to say 'There would have to be something seriously wrong with you to not like Sam'. So looking forward to seeing him again!
