There is no such thing as a secret in a small village. I have had people sending me messages of shock about what happened today. I’ve not put it on FB nor talked to anyone but the (elderly, very private) neighbour who helped me out.

Today marks 1 year since Quinn came home from her second intestinal surgery after an almost-rupture. This morning, we were chatting about how she's re-bounded and has more energy than ever after months of struggling to put on weight and get her diet under control. We are so lucky and grateful that she made it through 2 serious surgeries - she makes us smile multiple times a day!
