A good walk and coffee is excellent for ‘clearing away the cobwebs’ and seeing dogs and babies enjoy it too certainly helps!

Saw Keir and his owner on their way home from work when Joy and I were out this afternoon. There's a bitterly cold wind and he was looking very handsome in a smart red coat. Ever since they came to our house just before Christmas he stops and wags when he sees us. He's probably not supposed to but it does make me smile. Lovely lad!

My niece’s Springer Bryn with the birthday toy I bought him. He was seven years old yesterday.

This.... I have been working on some target work with Otter. She loves it! We have various bits of old (chewed) vetbed which we use as target mats inside the house. The dogs all think this is a really fun game! So I transferred this to outside, pairing the mat with a target and new cue "target". We did a bit of work, then a bimble down to almost the bottom of the paddock. Next thing I knew she has darted back up the paddock! Straight back to her target post and mat! She is simply hilarious!!

Due to the very muddy grass, the dogs go out one at a time to toilet/sniff. Coco was out side, I'm inside making soup and I catch a flash of black, bum-tucked, up and down the garden. Fun-time Coco

It's perfect
Having Chewie off lead in one of our busier and larger local parks (think multiple cricket fields within a large park with lots of trees) and just seeing how happy and joyful he is. Never mind that he ran off after a GSD. He eventually came bounding back to me and mostly stuck close to us.
Seeing him having fun is the best.
