that's great Candy. If you are short of seeds let me know, I have a few I'm not going to use much of - spinach, (unopened) turnips, carrot, onions, (unopened) coriander (bleugh) salad leaves, squash, tomatoes, pumpkin (unopened) Some may be a bit late to sow but they tend to catch up anyway or crop a bit smaller / later.

And I'm not keeping leftover seeds overwinter anymore - they become mice food!!!

Thanks everyone, yes my 65th. Had a lovely day. It’s always a wee bit bittersweet as my mum died on this day in 1983 (age 60) but hey there is always a link with our mums on our birthdays. Fergus has had a good day...I think he‘d rather like GGJ’s tasty bubbles x

Yes, that was my thinking too.So now I have to find/ fashion a manual bubble blowing thing. I don't know if you can buy them any more. Bent coathanger?

Anything with a loop will work - pastry cutters, scissor handles, it doesn't have to be circular - I've done a lot of this with children in the past!
