What made you smile today?

@kateincornwall thinking very good thoughts for you today. I almost want Reubs to be a sodlet (love that) just to drive the sister nuts, but I know that would be worse for you...so hoping he's on his good behaviour. Either way at the end of the day, you will have your sweet boy (sodlet or no) and sister will be back in her hotel.

My smile today was that I've agreed on terms for a house rental in Cornwall for March. Same house @Beanwood and staying in last year. So I get to see Reuben be a sodlet in person. Can't wait to see Reuben give Carbon what for now that he is bigger than our Spanish gentleman dog - who wasn't such a gentleman to Reuben the last time around.

Karma is coming to get you, SeΓ±or Grumpypantalones. :giggl:

And I've promised Paul some human treats this time. Last time I brought the dogs mini-pasties - DOG mini pasties mind you - and Paul noshed on them. Now THAT makes me not only smile but laugh every time I think of it. (Sorry Paul)

Rory playing with his tiny weeny toy poodle girlfriend. He gallops around doing massive play bows while she runs at his head and squeals at him. He loves her she loves him even if he's an uncouth giant. So much silliness and helicopter tails. She's so cute she's as big as his head. He had a massive big zoomie when he played with her today she was so happy to see him. He's so careful and gentle but just crazy with that happiness when he sees her.

Finally realising why Maxx was standing in front of me barking and crying last night. I tried playing with him and he kept crying. I had the recliner up and he just stood there with the 'c'mon stupid human, communicate with me' look. I looked under my feet (under the foot recliner) and couldn't see anything. Then hubby got the torch and one of Maxx's tennis balls had fallen into the cavity behind the foot rest mechanism. Out it came and we were all happy waggy tail and dancing around the lounge room again :hmm:

I had to laugh yesterday evening. Someone's big fat GR ran up to us and wouldn't go back to her owners. She just laid down in the snow, totally ignoring them. Not even an ear flick towards them. Meanwhile, Squidge ran up to them to say hi, but before she got there, I recalled her and she turned on a dime to come back. They were on the road below bellowing, "MIMI! Ven! VEN!" and she completely blanked them.

Snigger.
