Our oldest son and his family are another step closer to buying their house. This one is not involved in the bidding wars (so they’re not paying $100,00+ over list price), offer has been accepted, and building inspection completed yesterday, which found no issues. Good solid home. Waiting on final financing approval, hopefully today, and they’re good to go! Closing date early July which works perfectly for them.

I managed a 20 minute walk with only one stop in the middle before the pain got to me 
OK , so the stop was to sit by the river so that Reuben could do his beloved water retrieves and Nelly could mess about, but it is an improvement . This proves to me that it isnt necessarily the length of the walk but the quality and enjoyment for the dog , so pleased and the sun is shining too

I`ve actually ordered my new smart phone, go me I hate new things with a passion so decided to buy a sim free Samsung Galaxy same as Debbie has and then when I get stuck , she can help . Also ordered a sim deal from GiffGaff , I know their network is good down here because my elder grandson is with them and has a good signal inside and outdoors xx

I only just discovered that the moons all have different names - although it’s obvious now in think about it that there’ll be different names for different types of moon in most cultures...

The kids are getting their house! Bank approved them, offer accepted done deal! Such a relief in this crazy current housing market. They have been trying for months, and have lost out on many homes. They get possession July 5th! So happy, and very proud of them!!
