Our neighbour has a coffee cart. Today it was parked on our side of the street and Rowan saw it. He called out very loudly "What are you doing there, coffee bean seller?"

Several hours later I'm still giggling.

It's a good thing he's so charming! Like the time we walked past two older women who smiled and said hello and he said (again very loudly) "I LIKE those mans!"

That's a little better than Nathan in the supermarket "wow, mum, that man has so many bottles of soft drink in his trolley!"

This is reminding me of a friends daughter who saw 2 large ladies in the supermarket and knowing her mum had just joined Weight watchers announced very loudly "look mummy those 2 ladies need to go to weight watchers with you !"

I remember my friend young son walking pass the local playhouse with him Mum. The notice said "One and One = sex"
He piped up, not only can't they add up but the can't spell either

After getting 2 rescue chickens the other week, my daughter has now rescued 2 bantams . The rescue chickens are very well settled and their feathers are growing back quickly . The bantams are named Daphne and Wheatley

@Atemas, what lucky hens and bantams to be rescued. The farmer I sometimes meet on his land, rescued quite few and it was interesting to see them begin to look well again.

It's evening Kong time, eagerly awaited by Joy and Keir. I have to smile at where they take them to chomp on them, well, well away from each other!
Joy by the Fireinametalbox and Keir upstairs on the landing!They're great friends but clearly don't trust each other when it comes to food!

Keir is enjoying his last Kong with us before he goes home in about an hour. This is all I can see of him from the foot of the stairs, but it's a rather splendid sight and has made me smile!
