I've just read something on FB that made me chuckle -- a plea from a local charity shop asking for the lady who just bought a size 10 regatta coat to please return it as it turns out in belonged to the volunteer manning the shop

My lovely gardener / odd job man called this morning to quote for mending our garden gate . He brought his little boy with him , he is three years old and delightful and loves the dogs . Out came Nelly to say Hello , little one stared and then asked his Daddy ` Has her leg dropped off ? ` Josh decided it was to complicated to try and explain so he agreed that yes, her leg had dropped off . Little boy looked in amazement and then said ` Wow , she is a magic dog ` . It really made us all smile

I had an early morning appointment at Specsavers , so we took the dogs who waited in the car with Paul . On the way home from Bodmin , we called in at a walk I havent done in many months , it involves a hilly start and my goodness me , I let both of lead and Nelly flew up the hill on her three legs , just loving the challenge I`m sure . When I turned to walk back , I called Reuben and fished out my treat bag . Nelly spotted this and flew back down the hill like a pocket rocket , oh it did lift my spirits xxxx
