You should see the spreadsheet for our holiday. 7 weeks worth of flights, hotels, sights, map coordinates, transport options, what to see, walking tours that we need to book etc etc etc

But who can spot a very special event in this section? Hubby put this in and I'm so happy he is on board with meeting whoever can make it. If anyone can, I totally know that it is an awkward time of year and it might not happen but it's in the itinerary in case it does!

I’ve always always wanted to go into Westminster Abbey but I always refuse to pay the £20.

Next time I go to London I’m definitely going in! And the Tower of London.

We think we've found a couple of places, both north London not far off the m25 with parking, cafe, and dog friendly. @Leanne and I are planning to drive down in the morning, would be great if more people could join us.

OH is so NOT a foodie, so opportunity never arisen for something like that, sadly.

Ooh, if you do Versailles and the weather’s good, consider hiring bikes and exploring the gardens that way. You hire them from inside the grounds, it’s super easy cycling and you get beyond the crowds in seconds to see some really beautiful areas. Take a picnic, it’s bliss

Not long back from a walk.
Lilly, Oreo and a visiting pup.
We met a bit of a bouncy yellow lab that chased Oreo who clearly wasn't happy, as she was making squeaky noises as she was being chased.
Lilly headed towards them and got in between them both, coralling the lab back to its human and giving him a bit of a growl.
