Coco won't step over Meg(an) Sparkle. She sleeps in her bed at the end of our bed, blocking access to OH's side. He mostly gets off on my side and whines and whines. Does he want to go out? No, he wants to go past Meg & down OH's side of the bed. I have to wake, get up & chaperone him. Drives me mad!

Well, that’s a good question...we’re holding off for now - I need to finish plastering the fireplace and ideally we want to keep it cold til that’s done. But give it a couple of weeks...!

There's a man on Countryfile cuddling a cygnet. That's made me smile, I'd like a go at that!

Nelly , she wasnt so good yesterday , I was a little concerned about her . I need not have worried, she got up this morning full of the joys of spring , has thoroughly enjoyed two good walks , eaten everything with relish ( no not real relish !) and now I am listening to her gently snoring away on the sofa by my side , she melts my heart and makes me smile x

Another thing that made me smile today was when we met a man walking his black Labrador , we stood chatting and I got the question I am getting used to as I was often asked the same with Sam . " What breed is your dog ?" I reply, he is a Labrador , field bred which is why he is more racy looking . Silence for a minute then " Is he not crossed with something ? " No , I reply , he is full Labrador . He then says , Oh right , well you see , there is the difference between them , mine is a Labrador Retriever . I give up
