Recently , I was given two pairs of beautiful thermal heavy lined curtains , pleated at the top and the poles for them , I got them from a local recycle FB page . Unfortunately , they did not fit my windows , so this morning , I took them to a local charity shop who said that they had plenty of curtains and therefore couldnt accept them . A lady who was in the shop at the time followed me out and asked if she could possibly have them please , saying they would be for her Nan who would really appreciate them to help keep her warm in winter , this made me smile , I love recycling xxx

He’s small for a male lab but he’s a lot bigger now. He weighs about 26kg now x

Joy now weighs 20.5 kg. I'm developing such a love for these smaller labs.

We went for Rory’s check up with the paediatricians today. They’re happy with him and think his reflux is getting under control.
They weighed him and he’s growing along his centile nicely. I mentioned to the consultant that I get a lot of stick from the health visitors about his weight and he seemed genuinely annoyed. I got a bit of a rant about how health visitors are obsessed with big babies and Rory is a healthy weight, yes he’s smaller than average but someone has to be.
It made me feel a lot better and to stop stressing about how much he eats etc.
Rory was happy about it too!
