What made you smile today?

I have been very good today and put all the stuff for my tax return in order and posted it to my accountant. This is not a job I enjoy, and I tend to procrastinate a lot. This year however I told myself that once it was done I could go and choose a frame for the beautiful Joy Wordle that @Boogie did for me, so that's what I'll do tomorrow and the thought is making me smile!

It would seem Ripple does not like the taste of human blood - he nipped my skin at the base of my thumb nail today making it bleed quite profusely. Ever since then he’s been very gingerly taking treats from me, avoiding getting anywhere near the bleeding. Well either that or he doesn’t trust himself :dracula:  .

I mentioned that the door to the downstairs loo had not been looped around the stairgate with a cord for the whole of christmas and new year ( this is to stop Monty going in to eat the cat poo out of the litter tray, but just wide enough to let the cat squeeze in). I think we removed the stairgate when the tree went up on the 17th.
Yay, I said, Monty has finally stopped eating the cat poo. ( there was not quite fresh poo in the tray)
Yes, said OH . However the toilet water is nearly two inches lower than usual so he's discovered how to drink out of the toilet instead :puke::facepalm:

My friend thought it was really scarry I thought it was fine, funny too. Was it frightening for you?
Episode 1 and 2 fine, a bit gory but not full on horror, and I thought it was really quite funny in parts, his wordplay was excellentπŸ˜‚.
Some of Episode 3 I found a bit disturbing - the bit with Lucy, and probably because it was set in the present, but that was a brilliant concept. Thought Dracula and Agatha were written and acted brilliantly, perfect casting. One of the main writers also co-wrote The League of Gentlemen πŸ˜‚

But definitely not the sort of thing to make me go around checking doors were locked, like some films have.
