Reuben made me smile this afternoon , he was so overjoyed to see his mate Carbon again and of course his beloved Auntie Emily , there was no calming him but annoying though it was at times , it showed how much better he is , albeit a rather skinny version, but absolutely full of the joys of spring xx

I just did the dog's nails, as they've been neglected for far too long, I'm now in my jammies having puppy cuddles, and J is bringing in a takeaway when he's finished playing his sax at après-ski. I was going to try a bit of a run on my cross-trainer because exercise usually re-energises me, but I walked in there, took one look, and turned around and walked out of the room again. Nope, not tonight!
