It was my friend Joe's birthday yesterday and he managed to get down to the river for a very gentle stroll. So lovely to see him recovering

Also, all my friends seem to be getting puppies. In the last two days, three have gone to their homes.

This is my photography tutor's new Great Dane puppy, Hercules Mulligan... seven weeks old!!!

OK, this is materialistic of me, but I've re-discovered eBay. Did a little happy dance yesterday when I won an auction for a used Seasalt rain mac that will be perfect for right now in Cornwall.
I have a feeling I may have started the creation of a bidding monster, but what the heck - it was a little cheap fun!

(And I actually needed a lightweight rain mac, so there's that...)
