Natalie, did you get anywhere with the technique that worked for Cassie?
I've tried it a couple not times but not enough that I think it works for us, the problem is that when Bear launches himself on me I'm not always standing up

. There are some triggers for it:
- sneezing, If one of us sneezes he will jump all over our heads, when we try and fend him off he goes for our arms. Swapping for a toy doesn't work, he's not interested in the toy at all when there's are arms available
- mornings, just after OH has left for work around 7.30, and I am finishing off my cup of tea in bed. Bear will invariably launch himself on me grabbing my wrists and arms. As I am almost horizontal at that point I just tend to get under the covers and play dead, covering up my arms and face, cos the next attack will be my glasses.
- delivery driver knocking the door- he will go loopy, running up and down the hallway , leaping up on me ( I just brace against a wall) and then, again mouthing at me. He's just really, really excited at this point and I tend to just scatter feed on the floor to calm him.down.
I think I could start to train the sneezing out, by starting with really small pretend sneezes and building up, rewarding calm etc.
But strangers at the door, or even god forbid, coming in the house, are pretty difficult at the moment.
By arms have now got multiple yellow bruises up and down them now
