Yesterday , Paul asked me for the umpteenth time what grandson Adams girlfriend is called , I replied that her name is Avril . Oh yes he said , I have such trouble remembering , so I told him to think of a clue word and suggested the month April .

I had my first hairdresser appointment in over four months today! ( usually go every five weeks) I now recognize the person I see in the mirror again! Also it was really good to have a chat with a catch up with Sean, who's been cutting my hair for fifteen years now.
Chris is home after a family emergency. So funny seeing 2 adoring labradors greeting him at the door. We love you beast master.

There was a duck sunning itself and having a wash in the canal thisafternoon as I was having my lunch in the garden. I love how the Spring sunlight caught the ripples.
