This poor bloody dog getting shouted “bed” at all the time he actually thinks Stanley’s name is bed.

I don’t even send Stanley to his bed really, only if I’m in the kitchen and he’s under my feet.

I mean.. you can see how phased Stanley is by it

That reminds me- when Rowan is particularly annoyed at OH he yells "JAMES! Stop it!" Don't know where he got that from.

Saw this notice on our walk thismorning and it made me smile

Bella has a fascination with hose pipes and water like most labs but today she was stumped.

I bought a small solar activated fountain which I put in our pond today. Bella was so excited I feared it wouldn’t last long.

As she leaned over for a drink the fountain stopped, she stepped back and the fountain started again. She tried it several times and each time it stopped when she blocked the sun.
It was fun watching her keep trying and failing. She eventually gave up.

I think my little fountain is safe for now.

Letting the ladybirds go was such fun. When they arrived they were so frisky I had to put them in the fridge to calm down. They went crazy when I let them out. No slow release bonking flying silly little things made me laugh so much I couldn't get them off my hands. I was going to put a few in each part of the garden no chance little devils. I want to order some more it was such fun.
