Apparently my bone marrow is 94% human at the moment. The chemo has kicked the JAK2 element of my ET very firmly in the nuts. My consultant is very happy. I'm giggling up yours JAK2

The JAK2 element is what makes my disease more deadly the less present the better. It makes my ET less destructive to my body.partial remission again. I slid out a while ago

Paul offered to hang the washing out on the line , I watched from the kitchen window as he removed items of clothing, one at a time from the washer, hung it on the line and then went back for another item . There is a laundry basket right by the peg bag , never mind it took him forever but he tried

I walk with Mr Boogs and Tatze but he goes off after half the walk at a pace with Tatze, and I toddle back to the car at my own pace. Today I met a lady with a dear little dachshund she’d rescued from a puppy farm, Poppy.
Poppy was very unsure, but we chatted for a while, the lady and me. By the time I was leaving Poppy was talking treats out of my hand (I got permission, of course).

Believe it or not there is a world (not just UK) shortage of the blood bottles that are used in hospital and GP land and possibly this has had some impact on anything planned that needs blood monitoring eg post op?

The secretary tells me that the delay is because Mr. Dix has a new team member and wants to oversee this new persons procedures , which in turn has set his own surgeries back , its fine , I`ve got the mean machine

I'm just waiting to see the skin cancer team and am sitting in an old part of the hospital I used to work in 15 years ago. I smiling because the flooring and walls are just the same as then. Nothings changed
Bowens disease diagnosed and liquid nitrogen use to burn off all the growths. Stingy. Very nice consultant. Very smily and pleased now going home now.

Debbie came over early this morning to paint the walls in my ( tiny ) sitting room , she got into a roll and ended up doing most of the hallway , making the most of Reubs being at Playgroup Its a good job we are not syncronised with our health issues as I`m pretty useless at the moment but we did have a damned good laugh, done me good xx

I had a one to one training session with a Golden retriever. He is coming to my adolescent classes starting this week, I hadn't met him before so wanted a quick session first. Oh my! Every single exercise he was asked to do he just rolled over on his back for a tummy rub! He would think about it... wait.. then over he went! He was simply hilarious!
