Following her amputation , we bought a little set of soft step for Nelly so that she could get onto the sofa unaided . Well , she was very suspicious of them and for some time , I had to show her what to do , then progressed to putting treats on the sofa , still nothing spontaneous from Madam until yesterday when she surprised us by running up the steps with no encouragement from us . Since then , she has used the steps a lot and sits on the sofa looking pleased as punch

It’s Stilton’s birthday today, he’s a whole 2 years old! He’s a sweet, funny, clever boy who has an excellent sense of humour and loves cuddling - whilst we’ve still got a fair journey to travel to get the boys cohabiting comfortably, we are very pleased to have him in our lives x
