What made you smile today?

You would not believe it. I was meeting my friend for coffee at the garden centre. While I was waiting for her I met another Flat coat retriever. This little girl was 6 mths old. She was being trained to be a support dog for children with autism. She was called Nemo and she was beautiful. I had a lovely cuddle while waiting for my friend. Her fur was so soft :inlove:

PS Don't tell Fred and Annie :giggl:

Coco. He made me smile this evening. OH came home from work, it was a lovely, sunny evening and I asked him to help me fold the sheets off the line. Coco came out and decided that, well, it was really good weather and he ought to have a game of Hoze (....he may have posted about it himself :giggl:), and while we were busy folding, he grabbed the hosepipe by the nozzle and unrolled it up the garden. They are both still damp some 3 hours later. It's the first Hoze game of the year.

A lovely man in our village advertised plants for sale so we visited this morning . I bought some Alicante tomato plants for the greenhouse , he gave me two cherry tomato plants for free . He then asked if I wanted any flowers and kindly gave me a whole try of marigolds for free ! I also bought courgettes, three plants and the entire lot cost me four pounds, what a bargain xx

Looks absolutely blissful @Emily, are you glad you made the move?
We love it. Of course moving somewhere new is always tricky. It's hard to put yourself out there and start to make new friends but we're definitely getting there and our boys are thriving. They're both so happy in their new school, Nathan is loving his sports and we just love being outside so much more. Being close to my brother, SIL and the kids is wonderful too. I've really craved family relationships and we're so pleased to have that now. Miss Ella loves it too. We have so many lovely places to walk and I'm looking forward to exploring more as winter hits and it cools down a bit (less snakes).

Wow, beautiful @Emily. Endless summer! Does it actually get cold in Perth? I don't know much about the weather on the other side :)
Shhh it's a secret 🤫😆. It's so funny having lived in both the East and the West. The West barely exists to the East (we get a 5mim cross on Sunrise in the mornings 😂) but once you're in the West, you're expected to keep it a secret. The weather is awesome here. Yes, it gets colder in winter but there are soooooooo many days of sun. It doesn't even compare to Melbourne.

Beautiful, Emily! You’re so lucky having a beach nearby. :)
We LOVE it. We're less than 3km from the beach and WA has some of the most spectacular beaches in the world.
