He will be on the advanced course for animal health and welfare , It can lead to nursing courses which I think he will love as he really connects with animals , especially dogs and cats xx

Sounds so interesting and a nursing course would be great. Vet nurses have more roles these days so who knows where it may lead xx

). Admittedly as someone who had my own Duncan (my first Rottie boy) AND always wanted a flat coat, I may be just a tad biased. 
Id have another in a minute. Him and the labs are great together. They have interesting personalities and are singular beasts@SwampDonkey Duncan is just the handsomest of boys (though don’t tell your other two I said so
So of course now I have to ask, how is Duncan different from your Labs past and present? I have my own impressions but based on a very small sample size as you just don’t see them in them ‘in the wild’ that often (I’ve mainly seen flatcoats at dog shows).
I'd be intrigued to know as flat coats always melt my heart but I've only ever met a couple in the world.
I have personally known at least 11 and the ones I have met have been very lively, known as the clowns as they are such optimistic dogs with great personality. Sadly they carry the cancer gene (not all) but of the 11 dogs I have known over half have died at 7 from cancer. My vet friend has managed to get one to ten but sadly she has now been diagnoses, Chris decided on not treatment, but 6 months later she is happy and full of beans.
