Our nextdoor neighbour's little boy, Alfie, is now six months old. He's a gorgeous cheery little chap, and obviously a dog lover. Of course he loves Loki, their little Spaniel, and he also loves Joy, infact every time he sees her now he laughs and laughs! I'm not sure why he finds her so amusing, but the sound of a baby laughing has to be one of the happiest sounds there is! It makes me smile and chuckle with him every time!

I have been feeling quite low recently , thinking of my late daughter . Then yesterday , this photo landed with me , our darling little great granddaughter with her adoring Daddy, my grandson Sam and oh how it made me smile and lifted my spirits xxx

She's absolutely gorgeous Kate!
One of the highlights of our ski trip so far was picking Rowan up from his lesson today and hearing the instructors feedback. She said we should be very proud because he had a great attitude on a day when the conditions were difficult, listened really well to her instructions and skied very well in some bumps and jumps. 
Considering he is probably the youngest kid at his level in the junior workshops (he only became eligible for them a month ago) he's doing so well.

Rowan looks very happy after his lesson.
