Had to leave Mas for an hour today so that I can do a school appointment! Just checked on him and was very pleased and relieved! I think we have finally got a dog that’s comfortable at being left!

What made me smile was Ginny being a pest just now. She wanted attention, so she came over and made sure she got it! She was laughing, ears out and just looking so happy. It warms my heart

I’ve just ordered the most expensive, eye wateringly expensive, curtains for the front room. I chose the material without looking at or asking the price. She measured up and eeeeeeeep! They are going to look great (and ‘see us out!)

What made me smile today was this.
On our walk I called Molly back from sniffing about when I saw people approaching. I asked her to stay beside me as they got closer ( still off lead) and she stayed without any attempt to approach or jump up at them
So all is not lost after the weekend's disaster !

Taking both out for a walk round the block this morning. Carrying Honey and Vanilla walking nicely on loose lead all way round, and sitting down when her morning friend came up the hill and waited patiently.
My obsession at the minute is fresh orange juice. But because I know it’s full of sugar I’ve been limiting myself to one 200ml carton a day which I reaaaally look forward to.
In the current pack I’ve got half of the straws have had holes in and I’ve been getting really annoyed by this. When I went to get my carton this morning OH has cut me some mini pink straws and stuck them to the packet so I I can enjoy my drink.

Getting a phone call from OH yesterday saying he was outside and heard three loud barks. He went in and Maxx was standing over the still-intact Foxtel remote. As a reminder, this is what happened last time he got hold of it
