Carbon and I invented a game of hide and seek in the garden. I'm the hider and he's the seeker. He stands at the backdoor pretending he wants to go in, I sneak around behind the bushes and make funny bird noises until he gives in to the temptation to investigate. He thinks it's hilarious and so did I. Zoomies ensued and afterwards we were both puffing like old trains. I can see that my new fitness routine has been inaugurated!

CD of Eric Coates Three Elizabeths Suite. Only just discovered this and thought it was beautiful. (Have to have a little something for me after all!)
